Frequently Asked Questions
What room and capacity options are available for events held at the Country Club of Landfall?
We have small rooms for as few as two or the entire Clubhouse which can accommodate as many as 800 guests.
Is there a place to hold a wedding ceremony?
The Ceremony Lawn at the Landfall Clubhouse is a beautiful outdoor ceremony space which overlooks the pond and the 9th Hole of the Marsh course. The Country Club of Landfall will assist you in renting the chairs needed for the ceremony. You are welcome to bring in your own altar pieces, arbor or chuppah and AV equipment for your ceremony on the lawn.
Another outdoor ceremony space on the Landfall property is the Temple Gardens which can be reserved through the Landfall Council of Associations if you are a property owner or are holding your wedding reception at one of the Country Club of Landfall's Clubhouses.
The indoor ceremony space available on the Landfall property is the Kenan Chapel which can be reserved through the Kenan Chapel Association.
Can we bring our own food, beverages or outside caterer?
The Country Club of Landfall's culinary team is the exclusive catering service for any events held at the Club. They will work with you to customize any items on your menu to suit your event and your style. You are welcome, but not required to use the Country Club of Landfall's pastry team for your wedding cake.
How do my guests pass through Landfall security gates?
The Event Office will notify the gate of your event to allow access for your guests.
How do I tour the facilities?
Please contact the Event Office to set up a tour of either one of our Clubhouses, the ceremony lawn and/or Temple Garden. The event team is available by appointment Monday through Saturday.
How do I reserve a room at the Country Club of Landfall?
Please call our Event Office to check availability and reserve one of our private rooms.
What is your prime wedding season?
April, May, June, September and October tend to be the most popular months for weddings at the Country Club of Landfall due in part to the favorable weather conditions.
Is there a service charge applied to my event?
A 20% service charge will be applied to all events held at the Country Club of Landfall.
Does the Club have wireless access?
Yes, wireless access is available throughout the Landfall Clubhouse.
What is your dress code?
Please respect that the Country Club of Landfall is a private club and guests are expected to adhere to our Club standards. Appropriate attire should be worn when planning or attending an event. Jeans and baseball caps are not considered appropriate attire.
