Blue Blazers Executive Leadership Program

By participating in the Blue Blazer Leadership Program, staff members at CCL can develop a wide range of skills, including but not limited to leadership skills, interpersonal skills, decision-making and problem-solving abilities, teamwork skills, effective planning and prioritization, culture-building, networking skills, and more.


Throughout the program, Blue Blazers will complete a rotation with each department at CCL, enhancing their knowledge and understanding of hospitality and club operations. At the end of the program, participants are able to present upon all that they have learned and gained from the experience.
